What is your weakness?????

I went to costco in Orem today after a great morning at Kangaroo Zoo with my girls. The strawberries looked so fantastic I couldn't pass them by. Chocolate covered strawberries are my ULTIMATE weakness,,,,,oh yummmmmmmmmmoooooooooooooo!!!! I guess that is why I always make them for dessert for others,,,then of course I make a few extra,,,naughty, but oh so yummy! Anyway,,,,good thing for the new member on the street (baby Box),,,,I get to make my favorite and not feel tooooo guilty about having one or two myself!!!:) So ladies, fess up...what is your weakness? What is the one thing you can't pass by without having a nibble,,,,thought it would be a fun way to learn one more thing about each other!

Here is how I make them for all of you that have asked!
Chocolate Covered Strawberries
The trick to chocolate covered strawberries,,,ONLY USE MILK CHOCOLATE Chips!!! I use the Sam's Club brand @ walmart. Wash your strawberries and let them dry or pat dry each one to remove all moisture. Then just melt the chips in the microwave stirring every 45 seconds until melted,,,,dip strawberries and place on waxed paper lined cookie sheet. Place in the fridge until hard and ENJOY!!!

Mmm.... you're makin' me hungry!

I swear those Janey Lou Rice Kripy treats at the gas station have crack in them. It's very, very hard to pass those up. Even more so when there's M&M's in them... :)

P.S. I LOVE the carpet and the wall color you picked out. Very nice!

Um, you just made my pregnant belly OH SO VERY HUNGRY! I am going to have to hit Costco TONIGHT when Jonathan gets home!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! FYI: Daniel couldn't stop talking about "school" today to his Dad and Grandparents. He is so excited (a little scared that I'll leave him next time but we'll cross that bridge on Sept. 2nd right???) Anyway, I'm so happy Daniel will be in your preschool. You're amazing with kids.
